Where do the tours start from?
All Vibe tours rendezvous at the Cross Kings Pub, London. www.thecrosskings.co.uk
Can I join the tour from Edinburgh?
Yes we have a limited number of seats are reserved for those coming from Edinburgh. Please call 0131 226 1514 for enquiries.
What happens at the Festival?
The Vibe provide transfers, tickets and the use of our tents at the festival. However whilst at the festival you are free and responsible for yourself and each other until Vibe collect you on the morning after the last day of the festival.
What is the kitty?
The kitty is an optional local payment that includes Food & Accomodation. No kitty money is retained by The Vibe.
The Kitty system is a convenient way of keeping your costs down and showing you exactly where your money is going. The Kitty also reduces the initial cost of the tour and makes checking into hostels quicker and simpler for everyone.
The kitty includes all accommodation, breakfast and evening meals. However not food whilst at the festivals. Your guides will coordinate the cooking but the idea is that everyone mucks in with cooking and cleaning up.
How do I Book?
When you book online you will be redirected to our sister site Wild in Scotland to continue your secure online payment. Please follow the instructions carefully, noting the departure date of you chosen Vibe Tour.

When do I get Confirmation of Booking?
You will receive confirmation by email within 24 hours of when we receive your booking. Pleae keep a record of your booking Reference number.
What Should I Bring?
Yourself, two pairs of shoes/trainers, sleeping bag for at the festival, something warm and waterproof if possible and clothes you won't mind getting trashed at the festival.(it aint a fashion show!)
Your party hat, sunblock, sunnies, and yer wellies!
Your booking Reference and some cash for lunch and beers!
Can I Bring my own Tent?
Yes, the Vibe offer the use of our own Bell Tents for shared accommodation but you may bring your own tent if you prefer.
I am traveling alone, is this an issue?
Absolutely not. Our tours are aimed at young independent travelers and welcome all those traveling alone or with a group. If this is your festival it is a great way to meet up with linkminded travelers.
What age are most people on Vibe tours?
Vibe tours are aimed at early 20's to mid 30's, but we welcome anyone of any age although you must be at least 18 years old.
I'm traveling with my partner, can we book a private room?
The accommodation we provide on tour is in small mixed dorms. If you would like us to try and arrange a private room, please notify us at the time of booking and we will check availability.
What happens at the end of the tour?
All our tours finish up in Edinburgh. That way you can spend one or more nights when you return, catch a flight, train or bus back in time for work the next day. Please make your own travel or accommodation arrangements for the last day of the tour.
We always aim be back in Edinburgh around 6.30pm so please leave plenty time to allow for your onward journey.
